The new director for the next James Bond film has been revealed.
Cary Joji Fukunaga will take over from Danny Boyle, who announced his resignation from the films earlier this year.
Daniel Craig has confirmed he will indeed be playing the titular spy 007 for the 25th film in the franchise, based on the writings of Ian Fleming.
A tweet posted to the official James Bond account revealed: "Michael G. Wilson, Barbara Broccoli and Daniel Craig announced today that #Bond25 will begin filming at Pinewood Studios on 4 March 2019 under the helm of director, Cary Joji Fukunaga with a worldwide release date of 14 February 2020."
American director Cary has previously worked in TV and short films.
He directed the TV mini-series Maniac, 2014's True Detective and Jane Eyre in 2011.
When he's not directing, Cary also works in production.
He's produced The Alienist, Maniac, Beasts Of No Nation and True Detective.
Beasts Of No Nation, of course, starred none other than Idris Elba - who has been rumoured to be the new Bond actor ever since Daniel indicated no longer wanted to play the secret service spy.
