Bill Cosby’s Prosecutors Want Him Immediately Locked Up Monday After Sentencing.

According to TMZ, Bill Cosby’s time for freedom is running out. The prosecutors involved his sexual assault case want the comedian locked behind bars Monday morning after his sentencing. In fact, authorities connected to the case told TMZ that the  prosecutors are pushing for the disgraced comedian to be immediately hauled off to prison even if they haven’t appealed his conviction.

Back in the month of April when the comedian was found guilty of his actions, the prosecutors involved in his sexual assault case wanted him behind bars then. However, the judge saw it differently and released him on a $1 million bail, ordering  him to remain at his home until sentencing.

Cosby’s legal team is considering asking the judge to let the 81-year-old remain free on bail while they appeal the conviction. However, that could take years and the prosecutors want him locked up now.

Reported by Hollywood Unlocked, Cosby faces a maximum of 30 years in prison for aggravated indecent assault on Andrea Constand.

Cosby’s life is now in the hands of the court.
