The doctors have spoken, and Beyoncé is pulling out of her headlining slot at this year's Coachella, due to concerns surrounding her pregnancy. The singer, who is expecting twins, issued a joint statement with her Parkwood Entertainment and Coachella producer Goldenvoice, telling The Associated Press that she plans on headlining Coachella in 2018 instead. "Following the advice of her doctors to keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months, Beyoncé has made the decision to forgo performing at the 2017 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival," the statement said. "However, Goldenvoice and Parkwood are pleased to confirm that she will be a headliner at the 2018 festival. Thank you for understanding." The father of two little girls recently adopted by Madonna is claiming he didn’t understand that the arrangement was permanent, and wouldn’t have agreed to the situation if he’d known. Adam Mwale is the biological father of Esther and Stella, 4-year old Malawi twins. Madonna confirmed on Instagram that she’s officially completed the process of adopting the two girls. But somehow, Mwale says he was misled about the new situation. “I was told from the start that Esther and Stella were going to a rich woman’s home abroad,” the father told reporters, “that she would give them a good education, then return them to me, to live with me and help all of my family.” Mwale’s wife died giving birth to the girls, and he subsequently put his daughters in an orphanage. SmackDown Women's Champion, Naomi was forced to relinquish her title on SmackDown due to an injury she suffered shortly after winning the title. SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan noted that Naomi was being asked to hand over the title because she will be unable to defend the title within 30 days. As noted, Naomi won the title from Alexa Bliss at the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view two weeks ago and noted on SmackDown that she didn't know she was hurt until she got back to her room that night. It should be noted that she did work a live event the next night. Bryan then announced Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch for the vacant title and that match ended with Bliss becoming a two-time champion.

Ivan Koloff, aka 'The Russian Bear' who wrestled to fame for years as a supreme villain, has died. Ric Flair posted the news Saturday morning. The 74-year-old Koloff had been battling liver cancer. Koloff was a former WWF (now WWE) World Heavyweight champion who fought the likes of Bruno Sammartino, Superstar Billy Graham and Bob Backlund. He was especially big in the 80's as Ronald Reagan challenged Russia on the world stage. The news comes just A day after WWE Hall of Famer George "The Animal" Steele died from kidney failure. Koloff's sister had started a Go Fund Me page to help pay for Ivan's medical expenses. RIP.

George "The Animal" Steele, a pro wrestling icon and WWE Hall of Famer, has died at 79. WWE confirmed the news Friday. Steele turned pro in 1967 and was best known for his run as a comical babyface attraction in the final years before his 1988 retirement. With his hairy upper body, bald head and green tongue, Steele became one of the most recognizable characters for the WWE -- then known as WWF -- during its national expansion in the mid-1980s, thanks to his penchant for biting open and chewing on the turnbuckle pads. Steele spent his final years in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He revealed in his 2013 autobiography "Animal" that he suffered near-fatal bouts with Crohn's disease -- which affects the digestive tract -- throughout his retirement and had his colon removed in 2002. A federal judge in Massachusetts has dismissed a defamation lawsuit against comedian Bill Cosby, although he still faces criminal charges in Pennsylvania. Judge Mark Mastroianni ruled Thursday that Katherine McKee didn’t adequately show Cosby defamed her when his representatives called a 2014 New York Daily News story on her rape allegations defamatory and demanded a retraction. The former actress alleged the 79-year-old Cosby raped her in a Detroit hotel in 1974. McKee was among dozens of women to come forward with allegations recently and among at least eight suing for defamation in Massachusetts, where Cosby owns a home. Cosby’s lawyers called Thursday’s decision the “correct outcome.” McKee’s attorneys didn’t immediately comment. In Pennsylvania, “The Cosby Show” star has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a former employee at Temple University.

Reeva Steenkamp was shot and killed on February 14, 2013 by her then boyfriend and Paralympian, Oscar Pistorius. The disgraced athlete is currently serving a six-year jail sentence.
