Chyna Passes Away!

WWE is saddened to learn of reports that Joanie Laurer, best known for competing in WWE as Chyna, has passed away. A physically striking and talented performer, Chyna was a true sports-entertainment pioneer. Not only was the Superstar dubbed "The Ninth Wonder of the World" a founding member of the groundbreaking faction D-Generation X, but she also holds the distinction of being the first woman to enter the Royal Rumble Match and the first and only woman to win the Intercontinental Championship. After graduating from the University of Tampa, Chyna started training in the world of professional wrestling and in 1996 she was named the "Rookie of the Year for the Women's Championship," according to her website. She wrestled in the Royal Rumble and King of Ring tournaments and became the only undefeated Women's Champion in WWF (World Wrestling Federation; Now WWE) history. She was 46 years old. Gosh. This really hits me hard. #RIPCHYNA.

Lights, Camera, Action! The Return of " THE PREDATOR".

(Hey,guys! Remember the blockbuster movie, THE PREDATOR? :) There is no doubting Shane Black's talent: He wrote the '80s classic Lethal Weapon, applied his skill to directing with 2005's Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and wrote and directed Iron Man 3 — the tenth-highest grossing film of all time. Black also starred in the original 1987 Predator as Rick Hawkins — a film remembered fondly as one of the most enjoyable action flicks of all time. Black was joined in the attack against the extraterrestrial titular character by action legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, who portrayed Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer. Due to a pay dispute, Schwarzenegger wasn't involved in the film's sequel, Predator 2 (1990). So when the news arrived that a rebooted version of the franchise will be released in 2018, written and directed by Black, naturally one of the first questions to arise was: Will Arnie be back? "The Predator" will be released on March 2nd, 2018.
