Bill Cosby Moved To New Facility; Takes New Mugshot.

Bill Cosby appeared a bit more relaxed in a new mugshot taken at the state medical prison facility where he will call home for at least the next 33 months.

Cosby, 81, was sentenced to serve 3-10 years on Tuesday following his conviction in April on 3 charges of drugging and molesting a former Temple University staffer at his home in 2004.

The comedian’s new home is Pennsylvania’s State Correctional Institute at Phoenix, a brand new state-of-the-art maximum security facility about 25 miles from the Montgomery County courthouse.

His new mugshot was taken Tuesday night after he was transferred from a correctional facility near the Montgomery County courthouse. Like the first mugshot taken at the jail, Cosby does not make eye contact with the camera.

His first meal in jail was a chicken patty with gravy, mixed vegetables, lasagna and vanilla pudding, according to published reports. Cosby was a celebrity spokesman for JELL-O pudding for many years.

Cosby is legally blind and in poor health, according to his doctor, who told a judge Cosby had not had sex in 15 years.

But the judge was not swayed. He classified Cosby as a violent sexual predator and sentenced him to 3-10 years in prison. Cosby must serve 75% of the minimum 3 year sentence before he can be released on good behavior.

He will have to register as a sex offender upon release and undergo a lifetime of counseling. He will also be required to report to a probation officer quarterly (every 4 months), and his name will appear on a registry sent to neighbors and neighborhood schools as a sex offender.
