Niniola Becomes First Nigerian Female Artiste To Have “1 Million” Listeners On Spotify.




Singer Niniola is the first female Nigerian artiste ever to cross the 1 million mark.

The AfroHouse singer  released her debut album ‘This Is Me’ in November 2017 to critical acclaim and fan praises with Maradona leading the trend with over 1.7 million streams on Spotify.

The music streaming platform, which measures artiste popularity with listenership has solidified Niniola’s music as staple among music lovers crowning her with the coveted title of the most popular Nigerian female artiste.

Niniola has a unique good vocal range and has created a music genre for herself called AfroHouse- a blend of AfroBeat and House music.

Her debut album ‘This Is Me’ lists songs like Saro, Magun, Maradona and Sicker which are have been topping charts.

Iran's keeper Zohreh Koudaei accused of being a man.

  Iranian women's football team goalkeeper, Zohreh Koudaei, has been accused of being a man by the Jordan Football Association after she saved two penalties for a crucial win against Jordan.  As a result of these saves in a penalty shoot out which ended 4-2, Iran earned a place at the Women’s Asian Cup for the first time in the country’s history. The cup will take place in India in 2022.  Jordan FA is now asking for a gender verification check. Lol. Jordan FA President Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein took to Twitter to share a letter to the Asian Football Confederation calling for an official investigation into the sex of Koudaei.
