Another sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey is being reviewed by the Los Angeles district attorney, according to new reports.
The LA County Sheriff’s Department handed over the case against the actor to DA Jackie Lacey’s special Hollywood sexual assault task force Tuesday, according to Deadline.com.
“It remains under review,” the DA’s office told the outlet — but wouldn’t provide any other details of the case.
The DA is already investigating the Oscar winner over an alleged sex crime against an adult man back in October 1992.
And in the UK, London’s Scotland Yard is investigating six sexual assault allegations against Spacey from between 1996 and 2013.
The “American Beauty” star has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than a dozen men since actor Anthony Rapp first came forward in October, accusing Spacey of making sexual advances on him when he was 14.
Spacey subsequently lost his role on the acclaimed Netflix series “House of Cards.”
His latest film, “Billionaire Boys Club,” bombed at the box office over the weekend — making just $126 on its opening day.
