Drake Surprises 11-Year-Old Fan Awaiting Heart Transplant.

A young Drake fan who's awaiting a heart transplant wanted one thing for her 11th birthday: to meet the "In My Feelings" singer in person. Sofia Sanchez recorded the sweetest video in the hopes of reaching Drake, saying, "I just had surgery three weeks ago. The surgery was to help my heart pump. I love your music and I was hoping that you could come and cheer me up for my birthday." A few days later, Drake — kindhearted human that he is — showed up to Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago and made Sofia's wish come true.

Drake shared a photo of him and Sofia embracing, both smiling from ear to ear, with the caption, "Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball." After he saw this little cutie doing the "In My Feelings" challenge, it's no wonder he couldn't resist meeting her!
