Once a chart topping artist, R&B singer Jaheim has hit an all time low. After failed albums, the singer has resorted to driving Uber just to keep a roof over his head. For those that have forgotten, Jaheim had hits in the early 2000s like “Just In Case” and “Anything” but since then, he has not been able to mimic the success he once had.
According to an Uber Rider name Gordon Davis, he went to meet his Uber driver in front of his hotel in Atlanta, and to his surprise, it was Jaheim. Davis claims that Jaheim told him he was in town for a few days visiting a relative and ran out of money so he decided to drive Uber in order to score enough cash to make it home. Apparently, Jaheim drives Uber regularly and is proud of it. He hopes to get back in the studio to record again but as of now he’s “ubering” as a means for survival.
