Margot Kidder, 'Superman' Actress, Dead At 69.




Superman” actress Margot Kidder has passed away at age 69, TMZ reports.

The actress, who played Lois Lane alongside Christopher Reeve in 1978’s “Superman,” reportedly passed away at home on Sunday, according to a spokesperson at Franzen-Davis funeral home in Livingston, Montana.

According to TMZ, the cause of death is unknown at this point.

Kidder was a Canadian actress who began acting in 1968 and got her big break on the 1973 film “Sisters.” She appeared as Lois Lane in four “Superman” movies over the years and had most recently appeared in the movies “The Neighborhood” and “The Red Maple Leaf.”

In 2015, Kidder took home a Daytime Emmy for playing Mrs. Worthington in “R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour.” She also guest starred in the teen Superman drama “Smallville.”

Kidder struggled with bipolar disorder. In 1996, Kidder went missing and was found several days later hiding in bushes near a Los Angeles home. Kidder was taken to the hospital for observation. She had since become a mental heath advocate.

“The reality of my life has been grand and wonderful, punctuated by these odd blips and burps of madness,” Kidder told People shortly after her breakdown.

The actress was married three times and is survived by her daughter, Maggie McGuane.

Iran's keeper Zohreh Koudaei accused of being a man.

  Iranian women's football team goalkeeper, Zohreh Koudaei, has been accused of being a man by the Jordan Football Association after she saved two penalties for a crucial win against Jordan.  As a result of these saves in a penalty shoot out which ended 4-2, Iran earned a place at the Women’s Asian Cup for the first time in the country’s history. The cup will take place in India in 2022.  Jordan FA is now asking for a gender verification check. Lol. Jordan FA President Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein took to Twitter to share a letter to the Asian Football Confederation calling for an official investigation into the sex of Koudaei.
