Ladies & Gentlemen,  meet Baby Chicago ☺

Kim, 37, took her two-week-old for a routine check up at the paediatricians, accompanied by a nanny and bodyguard.

Despite having some helping hands with her, Kim took care of her precious cargo herself, lifting Chicago's car seat from her vehicle and clipping it into the base of the pram to push along.








Guys, this is Chicago West's first public outing, and a first glimpse at her face.
