Kevin Hart To Host 2019 Academy Awards.




Comedian Kevin Hart will host the Oscars next year.

The Ride Along star confirmed the news via social media on Tuesday, revealing he has been dreaming of the day he would be asked to front the Academy Awards.

“For years I have been asked if I would ever host the Oscars and my answer was always the same… I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it’s suppose to (sic),” Hart writes.

 “I am so happy to say that the day has finally come for me to host the Oscars.”

Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences bosses have also confirmed the news.
