Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs' Ex-Girlfriend Kim Porter Found Dead at 47 in Her Home.

Model and actress Kim Porter has been found dead at the age of 47.

The star dated rapper Diddy - real name Sean Combs -for 13 years and they have three children together.

Her death was confirmed to TMZ by Diddy's rep.

Cindi Berger told the site: "Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time."

Law enforcement sources told the site they'd been called to Kim's Toluca Lake home at around noon today.

According to emergency dispatch audio, the call came in as she had suffered a cardiac arrest.
