Kanye West has apologized publically to Kim Kardashian after a slew of very public statements about their family.
A week after the rapper's controversial campaign rally and since-deleted Twitter posts in which he banned Kris Jenner from seeing his children and expressed that he's “been trying to get divorced” from his wife, West took to Twitter to ask for forgiveness.
"I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter," West wrote July 25. "I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me."
