Below are quick results for yesterday's edition of WWE NXT:

*NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley comes to the ring and talks about winning the title last week. Toni Storm then makes a surprise appearance, congratulating Ripley before then talking about her own title match at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II. NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray then comes out, saying no one will take her title from her. Io Shirai, Bianca Belair, and Candice LeRae then show up before Ripley starts a brawl between everyone. A referee then comes to the ring and says that NXT General Manager William Regal has ordered a Six-Woman Tag Team Match to begin immediately.

*NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, Toni Storm, and Candice LeRae def. NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray, Bianca Belair, and Io Shirai.

*Imperium def. The Forgotten Sons to advance in the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

*Austin Theory def. Joaquin Wilde.

*NXT Tag Team Champions Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly def. NXT UK Tag Team Champions Gallus to advance in the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

*Mia Yim def. Kayden Carter. Following the match, Yim is attacked by Chelsea Green. After Green leaves the ring, Robert Stone (former TNA Wrestling star Robbie E) appears on the entrance ramp and announces Green as his “number-one draft pick” into “The Robert Stone Brand.”

*Keith Lee def. Cameron Grimes, Dominik Dijakovic, and Damian Priest to become number-one contender for the NXT North American.

Foxx, who hosts the game show “Beat Shazam,” last hosted the award show in 2009 – just days after Michael Jackson died. “This year’s @BetAwards are gonna be a party and celebration all in one cuz your boy is hosting and I’m #BackOnMyFunnySh-t so get ready,” Foxx, 50, quipped on Instagram. “We’re just gonna celebrate greatness and have a phuckin good time.” Meanwhile, Nigerian singers, Tiwa Savage and Davido, have been nominated for the Best International Act Music category at the awards. Both singers were nominated among international entertainment superstars listed for honours. American record producer and radio personality DJ Khaled tops the overall list, with six nominations.

BREAKING: South Africa Shuts Down High Commission In Nigeria​.

The South African high commission in Nigeria has shut down operations temporarily. According to eNCA, a South African media house, the shut down was necessitated by the need for safety of workers in the commission. Lunga Ngqengelele, spokesperson to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation said: "We have been in communication with the Nigerian government and we have been assured of the protection of the businesses belonging to SA" This story is just developing...
