"I have no womb and won’t be able to have a child": Nse Ikpe-Etim.

Beautiful Nollywood actress, Nse Etim has revealed that she has no womb and won’t be able to have a child. She revealed this during an event in Lekki, Lagos where she had a chat with her fans in what was tagged ‘Conversation with Nse’.

She revealed she was diagnosed three years ago with Adenomyosis, a condition where the inner lining of the uterus breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus, and so her womb had to be removed for her to live a normal life.“I was told I couldn’t have kids. And so, I had to have a hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) to make me have a life again and to stop going through what I was going through. And I’m literarily telling women and men, it really doesn’t matter if you can’t bear children. What really matters is what you would do for the world, for the universe,” she told her fans/audience.

Recalling her reaction when the doctor first told her she won’t be able to give birth, she said;“Tears dropped and then my husband squeezed my hand. It was reassuring there was someone there and it was telling me that this is reality, my reality.“I didn’t think there was any point anymore because my society taught me that I have to be a mother to be appreciated and every time I went online, I would have one troll or two say ‘you never born?’

“But I’m thankful that that didn’t break me. I’m thankful for Nollywood,” she said.

Iranian women's football team goalkeeper, Zohreh Koudaei, has been accused of being a man by the Jordan Football Association after she saved two penalties for a crucial win against Jordan.  As a result of these saves in a penalty shoot out which ended 4-2, Iran earned a place at the Women’s Asian Cup for the first time in the country’s history. The cup will take place in India in 2022.  Jordan FA is now asking for a gender verification check. Lol.
