Paris Jackson is taking a “break” from work, social media and her phone to regroup.
“It can be too much sometimes,” Jackson, 20, shared in an update to fans on Wednesday following reports she checked into a treatment facility for her emotional health.
“Everyone deserves a break, but I am happy and healthy and feeling better than ever,” she added.
Although she did not give more details about what drove her to power down, she promised to return to the limelight “soon.”
