Ambassador Ibrahim Isah, Nigeria’s envoy Ambassador to the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, has died.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Ambassador’s demise.
The statement signed by George Ehidiamen Edokpa, said the diplomat passed on in Abidjan, after a protracted illness on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
According to the foreign ministry’s communique, Isah died at the age of 59.
The consul who hailed from Niger State was enlisted into the Nigerian Foreign Service in 1983 and was accredited to Cote d’Ivoire in 2017.
