Manish Chhillar Wins Miss World 2017.




And the winner of the 2017 Miss World pageant is...Miss India Manushi Chhillar!!!

Born to doctor parents, she studied at St Thomas School in New Delhi and Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women in Sonepat. Her entire family including brother and sister were present and they were delighted and excited to see her grabbing the top five spots.

In the question and answer round post getting the top five spot, Manushi was asked: “Which profession deserves the highest salary and why?” She replied: “I think a mother is of the highest respect. I don’t think its just about cash but the love and respect she gives to someone. She is the biggest inspiration in my life. Mothers should get the highest respect.”





Stephanie Del Valle, the last year's Miss World winner from Puerto Rico, presented the honor at the Sanya City Arena.

The big win for Miss India comes after the country's 17-year dry spell in the pageant. In 2000, Quantico star Priyanka Chopra won the crown.

Iran's keeper Zohreh Koudaei accused of being a man.

  Iranian women's football team goalkeeper, Zohreh Koudaei, has been accused of being a man by the Jordan Football Association after she saved two penalties for a crucial win against Jordan.  As a result of these saves in a penalty shoot out which ended 4-2, Iran earned a place at the Women’s Asian Cup for the first time in the country’s history. The cup will take place in India in 2022.  Jordan FA is now asking for a gender verification check. Lol. Jordan FA President Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein took to Twitter to share a letter to the Asian Football Confederation calling for an official investigation into the sex of Koudaei.
