David Otunga Gets Primary Custody Of His Son; Jennifer Hudson Voluntarily Drops Order Of Protection.




 According to media reports:

Otunga is now the primary custodial parent of their son, David Jr.

Both Hudson and Otunga have acknowledged that Otunga has been David Jr’s primary caregiver since birth because of Hudson’s busy travel schedule.

Otunga will remain the primary custodial parent of David Jr until a formal custody agreement is worked out.

Hudson has voluntarily dropped the order of protection that she had against Otunga preventing him from contacting their son.

Otunga will not be moving back into the family home.
