Desiigner's Gun Charge Has Been Dropped.

Desiigner was charged with felony possession of a loaded firearm following an alleged road rage incident in New York Thursday night, but that charge has now been dropped, reports TMZ. Seeing that the gun charge was based solely on the other driver's account, and no weapons were recovered from the vehicle, the D.A. has deemed the evidence insubstantial.

Drugs including OxyContin, methadone, and illegal steroids, were found inside the car, which lead to all 5 passengers being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. The D.A. has also lifted the "intent to sell" from that charge, but felony possession is still on the table for Desiigner, as is menacing, which is confusing, since that charge stemmed from the report that  the rapper had waved a gun at the other driver.

Desiigner is being arraigned in New York this Saturday morning. More details to come when they are available.
