NY Mother Charged For Allegedly Tossing Newborn From 7th-Floor Window.




Jennifer Berry, 33, has been charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter after allegedly throwing her newborn out of a seventh-floor apartment window in New York City Monday. The baby girl's umbilical cord was still attached.

The building's superintendent in the Bronx found the newborn's lifeless body in the courtyard.
