The 34-year-old has been very open about fertility struggles and her quest to get pregnant a second time, but she's not having any more fun than she did the first time around. (Kardashian suffered from preeclampsia and placenta accreta during her first pregnancy, which contributed to her fertility issues).
As such, Kardashian didn't hold back when she wrote about just how much she hates being pregnant in a new post on her website, KimKardashianWest.com.
"I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL! I don't enjoy one moment of it and I don't understand people who enjoy it. My mom and Kourtney clearly did! More power to them but I just don't relate," she wrote on Monday.
She added, "Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindfuck of how your body expands and nothing fits. I just always feel like I'm not in my own skin. It's hard to explain. I don't feel sexy, either -- I feel insecure and most of the time I just feel gross."
While anyone who read What To Expect When You're Expecting (originally published in 1984) might have anticipated the less than enjoyable aspects of carrying a human being to term, Kardashian is convinced the myth of an easy pregnancy is part of one big cover-up:
"People just don't tell you all of the gross things that happen during pregnancy or after. Do you know you basically have to wear a diaper for two months afterwards?! LOL! No one told me that! #SoSexy."
In fact, Kardashian previously told Ellen DeGeneres that women who claim pregnancy is a "beautiful thing" are "lying."
Of course, she also told Elle UK that she felt the weight she gained whilepregnant with her daughter North West was some kind of punishment from God:
"I'd think God was doing this for a reason. He was saying: "Kim, you think you're so hot, but look what I can do to you." My body just went crazy. After five months I swore I'd never get pregnant again. I got so huge and it felt like someone had taken over my body."
With her third trimester ahead of her, though, Kardashian doesn't seem to be taking the weight gain so personally.
"But I will say, as much as I really hate the whole feeling of being pregnant, I enjoy the challenge of getting my body back after it's all over. I feel so accomplished when I'm back to where I want to be," she wrote on her website.
