Kim Kardashian's company has been hit with a $100 million lawsuit over her endorsement of the illuminated smartphone case LuMee (above) that boasts of taking perfect selfies .
Kimsaprincess Inc. was slapped with a patent infringement lawsuit in California on Monday by Snap Light who claim they first created the selfie case. Snap Light's version of the selfie case is pictured on the left, while LuMee's version is on the right.
Snap Light claims Harooni then licensed his invention to the company.
They are now accusing LuMee of ripping off their product and bullying them into removing their selfie case from the market.
Both companies products retail for roughly the same price, which is around $70.
Snaplight and Harooni claim they haven't been able to compete in the illuminated selfie case market because of Kardashian's endorsement of LuMee.

Meanwhile, Kim has been very vocal with her promotion of the product even using it to take pictures with Hillary Clinton during the election campaign
She is pictured dozens of times on her account posing for photos using the device and also used it to take selfies with Hillary Clinton during the election campaign.
Clinton then went on Ellen DeGeneres talk show and spoke about their selfie using the LuMee smartphone case.
Snaplight has asked the court to force Kardashian to stop promoting the LuMee brand of phone cases, claiming she gets a cut of the company's earnings.
They are also asking for $100 million in damages to make up for their lost profits.
Kardashian's rep issued a statement to TMZ regarding the lawsuit.
'The patent lawsuit filed by Snap Light has no merit and is just another attempted shakedown. Kim has done absolutely nothing wrong,' the spokesperson said of the litigation.
