Melanie Griffith's Love Advice: 'Don't Get Married Ever!'

Well, she ought to know! Melanie Griffith offered up some surprising advice to women at the New York premiere of daughter Dakota Johnson's new film, How to Be Single, on Wednesday, February 3.

The former Academy Award nominee, 58, was asked for her best piece of advice for women about how to be single. Her answer: "Don't get married!"

There's no need," explained the actress, who was photographed at the premiere with ex-husband Don Johnson, 66, and their daughter, Dakota, 26.

Griffith, who has been married four times (including twice to Johnson), also said that she would never walk down the aisle again.

You don't need to get married to have a child anymore," the Working Girl star explained. "It's not like there's a stigma on a child, and getting married, you either go through the whole bulls--t of a prenuptial, or if you want to get divorced and you don't have a prenuptial, then you wish you had a prenuptial."

"So why not enjoy the person and have a good time and do whatever — live together, don't live together — but marriage seems archaic to me," she added.

Griffith, the daughter of actress Tippi Hedren (who has been married three times), finalized her divorce from Antonio Banderas last year. The pair split in 2014 after 18 years of marriage.

Iran's keeper Zohreh Koudaei accused of being a man.

Iranian women's football team goalkeeper, Zohreh Koudaei, has been accused of being a man by the Jordan Football Association after she saved two penalties for a crucial win against Jordan.  As a result of these saves in a penalty shoot out which ended 4-2, Iran earned a place at the Women’s Asian Cup for the first time in the country’s history. The cup will take place in India in 2022.  Jordan FA is now asking for a gender verification check. Lol. Jordan FA President Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein took to Twitter to share a letter to the Asian Football Confederation calling for an official investigation into the sex of Koudaei.
