The brunette star was found dead at her home in California, with the Ventura County Medical Examiner confirming to The Blast that she died of asphyxiation due to hanging. Her heartbreaking suicide came days after she was branded "homophobic", after she refused to film sex scenes with men who had slept with other males. August was hounded by negativity following her decision, leading her to lash out online to her 582k followers. Her final tweet before her death simply read: "F**k ya’ll." August, who has appeared in over 270 X-rated movies, had previously posted a status which read: " Whichever (lady) performer is replacing me tomorrow... you’re shooting with a guy who has shot gay porn, just to let cha know. BS is all I can say Do agents really not care about who they’re representing?" When a follower called her homophobic, she responded: " NOT homophobic. Most girls don’t shoot with guys who have shot gay porn, for safety. "Tha...

Few Superstars are shrouded in such mystery as Ember Moon, but one thing is perfectly clear: She is a force to be reckoned with. That much was obvious when Moon ran through Billie Kay in Moon’s NXT debut at TakeOver: Brooklyn II. It didn’t take long to see that there is something special about Moon, whose jaw-dropping athleticism and striking prowess leaves fans and opponents in awe. Her breathtaking finisher, the Eclipse, has been unanswered to date. The move is so invariably damaging that opponents go to extremes to avoid it — Kay and Peyton Royce (unsuccessfully) called for its ban, and even Asuka, the longest-reigning NXT Women’s Champion in history, took uncharacteristically desperate measures to dodge the attack. Moon spent the better part of 2017 chasing the NXT Women’s Title, but was met with one obstacle after another, including an untimely injury. However, despite criticism that she was incapable of winning matches when it mattered the most, Moon finally ascended to t...

Cristiano Ronaldo picked up his fifth Ballon d’Or award to equal Messi’s record and bring the pair’s duopoly of the award to a staggering 10 years. The 32-year-old was the top-scorer in last season’s Champions League as Real successfully defended the trophy with victory over Juventus in June, and also led the Spanish giants to their first La Liga title in five years. “ Of course I feel happy. This is something I look forward to every year,” gushes Ronaldo at the ceremony at the Eiffel Tower in Paris. “The trophies won last year helped to win this award. Thanks to the Real Madrid team-mates. And I want to thank the rest of the people who helped me reach this level.” Ronaldo, who also won the FIFA Men’s Player of the Year award in October, added the 2017 Ballon d’Or to his previous wins in 2008, 2013, 2014 and 2016. The prestigious France Football magazine award is decided upon by a journalists’ ballot, with each naming a top five from a list of 30.
